1. The promotion period is valid as stated or while stocks last. Any backlog not delivered is subjected to LEADTEC discretion on final fulfillment.
2. LEADTEC reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw these promotions at any time without notice.
3. LEADTEC reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason, or to limit the number of units of a particular product that a customer may buy at any one time.
4. No binding contract for the sale of any product exists until LEADTEC notifies the customer in writing that the order has been accepted.
5. LEADTEC's decision is final.
